Can anyone tell me if the 4F5015 fuel pump assembly (red arrow in pic) used on D2's #5U1 - 5U13236 is the same as was used from #5U13237 and up? I don't have any parts books for the later series D2's, so if anybody can verify this for me I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

The 4F5015 # is good to the end of D2 production.
The 8M9753 is the current production number....available aftermarket USA built for about $90 a copy.

Yep---my parts book for 5U1327 to 5U17616 shows the same pump assem #---
three separate parts diagrams in my book so i guess other parts are different.

I need some help again. I found and bought some 8M9753 pumps, but the part number on the pump bodies I recieved is 8M2899. The plungers look like they're a different size, also.

So what does a 8M2899 pump fit? I have a hunch they aren't for a U series D2. Am I wrong?

The 8M9753 is a 7mm pump correct for the 4" bore.

The 8M2899 is a 10mm pump for the 5-3/4 " bore.
