It's a late-model Struck Mini-Dozer. It appears that it came in at least five models initially .. the most basic and cheapest machine, the MD700 had a 7HP Tecumseh .. the MD1200 had a 12HP Tecumseh with electric start .. the ELK1200 had electric start and lights, with a 12HP Tecumseh .. and the DK1200 had electric start, lights, upholstered seat, black decorative edging and a 12HP Tecumseh. There was also an MD1600, which appears to have been powered by a 16HP Tecumseh.
Later, the name was changed to Magnatrac, and the range was extended to include the MT1800, the MT2000 and the MT3000, with 18, 20 and 30HP respectively.
The Struck Corp apparently still offers parts and info support for some of these tractors .. http://www.magnatrac.com/support.html#Parts
The company still makes mini-dozers in three models .. the RS1000 (no HP or engine brand given?) .. the Magnatrac 4800 (25HP Kohler V-twin), and the Magnatrac 7000 with a 31HP V-twin, B&S Vanguard.
