    Default Server timeout?

I have a lot of Server timeouts with ACMOC lately. How is everyone else doing?

If it's local to me I won't understand as this prob seems to be isolated to ACMOC Server.

Thanks in advance for the response.

I haven't had any complaints recently. I always advocate running a malware scan, doing critical updates from Microsoft (If a PC) and keeping the virus software updated. I know my computers are always alerting me to an update of some form or another.

    Thanks B4D2

Well so far as I know I'm doing all of that. I use CA for Internet security and do keep the system automatically updated.

While I'm waiting i watch CPU util and it sits at 0, so it is not spinning thru some kinda malware or virus.

But I don't know if someone hasn't put in a timer wait either.

I am on multiple forums and ACMOC is far and away the worst in this regard.

Probably I'll have to call Comcast and have them trace the line.

    PC's ,, they're a hassle!!

Thanks again B4D2 for your response.

I'll be interested to see what they say. In the meantime, We'll have Megan take a look to see if there are any issues.

Does it only happen on the bulletin board, or on the main website/store?

If you try using the Lightweight theme (from the dropdown at the bottom left of the BB) does that make any difference?

    Default Not an ACMOC problem

OK, sorry this has taken sometime to get back,, I have this same prob but not quite as bad on other Forums to which I use. So I gotta find out what the common denominator is here and why does ACMOC seem a little slower than some of the other Forums.

So there is a prob with either my router or Comsys I think. If I can trust the little indicators that provide info on what my communication system is doing it does the "ENQ" and waits for response so I think the software in my computer works OK.

    Thank you B4D2 and Adco.
