Oil Drain tube.
Here is the Pony motor Oil Drain Tube on my D2 (note missing lower side panels, got some for sale?). The drain tube bolts to the lower left front corner of the Pony block, just above the bell housing. Your D4 should look similar.

These drain tubes are prone to breaking off and I've seen a few Cat's that just have a small plate bolted on to the pony block in place of the drain tube. If your D4 has one of those cover plates you'll have to remove it and things will get messy from there.
