I appreciate the photos. I guess the rear of mine does have the single flange rollers but the flange on the machine side is broken off. I will call them today and see what the prices are for both and get back.

Thus far only F.P.Smith has got back to me. They only sell the double rollers and the cost per roller was 377.00 without the added shipping cost. When I get ahold of florin today I will list what they have to offer.
Wow!!--I only paid $225 for mine---you may want to look for some used rollers on these Cat forums.

how long ago was that? If I could get them for $225 I would buy the whole set for both sides.
that was a while back in 2008.Too bad a couple of years ago I had about 30 rollers and a couple of idlers out in California that I sold for $75 as the shipping was too much to get them across to the east coast.

Florien has them for $150 a piece but they are rebuilt used units. They also only have a limited number. As far as my clutch problem goes. The clutch brake is what is not working. I will try adjusting it on Saturday and see if that does the trick.
i have 7 rollers, like new cond, 240.00 each plus shipping cost from calif. P M me if interested
So I have attached the photos of what I found today when I pulled the main clutch cover off the dozer. It would appear that some how a crap load of leafs got in there. From that point they plugged the oil cup for the clutch coller which wore down. This continued till the bolt show blocked the collar from contacting the clutch brake. I also noticed that the ring gear on the flywheel clutch has at least 1 broken tooth. Any thoughts or suggestions on how to proceed from here?
Thanks!

Looks as if maybe a varmint got in, and was building a condo!
As an earlier post stated, you can take it apart with out removing the engine. Clean the mess so you can see what you need to do.
Get a parts breakdown, pictures will show the parts to remove to make it right again.
Think there is supposed to be a piece of sponge in the cup to slow down the drip of oil into the release collar. Maybe yours is still underneath the trash. I wouldn't worry about the single tooth missing on the edge of the clutch disk.
