A walk through Dennis Poggensee's Salvage Yard in Colorado

You notice the D6 8U Farm cat. Unfortunately stuck (recently), but Dennis says he is going to tear it down and repair the engine. It was a very smooth runner. The can on the stack rusted through introducing water to the engine. But it is a semi-arid region of the country, so how bad could it be? Wish it were mine.

A good general sheet metal shop can build the round tanks your looking for. Dimensions and pictures and you could get any thing you want built--those tanks would not be a problem to duplicate.

Digger Dozer, no e-mail contact. Unfortunately, you'll have to either write or call him. I'll be talking to him again in a couple of weeks, and if you can post the part numbers and common names you need, and the serial number of your machine, I can print them out and hand them to him. You are so far away, and the cost of telephoning is probably high. GWH
