On the Final drive, I need to know the diamater and how long is the rope packing, and any installation advice for a novice, I believe its 2 coils, at least thats what was on my Twenty, The Thirity had nothing left of the rope seal.

HI!! from one of my books. part # S1162, packing for sprocket hub gland. 1/2" square X 30" long. 6 required. A couple of the instruction books give some suggestions on how to pack these glands. I one I am looking at right now is no help.

Packing size
The S-1162 is a 1/2 x 5/8 packing 30"long. Also cut an angle at each end so the ends join properly without two flats "butting".
