Purchased a Cat D7F with nearly used up undercarraige. Much nicer than my late model 2U D8 with 25 unit and 8S dozer. Would like year of manufacture. Serial # is 94N7690. We are on the verge of a good wheat crop, if we can keep the hail storms away. Strong southwest winds with high temperature is taking bushels from us. Willf be cutting in a week. Darrol D8H

94N7690 shows as a 1974 build, series ended at #8952 in 1975.
