In my humble (but well represented) opinion, Rustoleum is good paint as far as rattle cans go.Rustoleum takes a bit longer to dry but it ends up being a harder finish when it's fully cured. I've been using Rustoleum for many years and have had pretty good luck with it overall.

A few years ago I bought a few rattle cans of "Old Cat Yellow" from Ace Hardware (can't remember the name brand on the cans) and while it was a good color match, it turns 'chalky' after a couple of years in the sun and weather. For touchup on small parts, no problem, but I sure wouldn't use it for any big projects. As long as anything painted with it is kept out of direct sunlight, it seems to hold up fairly well.
