    Default Diesel Fifty Radiator Core

    The top radiator tank on my Diesel Fifty was cracked, and had been welded over. I was able to get a nice replacement from Jim Zimmerman(Thanks Jim) I have the top tank off and upon close inspection of the core, I found it to be pretty dirty. I have decided I better have the core boiled/cleaned out while I have it this far apart. Does anyone know of a source for a replacement core, just in case there is a problem with mine? I hope there is no trouble, but you know how old tractors can sometimes be. Thanks for the help Bill

    Default Rocore

    I was talking to Jim yesterday and asked him the same question as I need to buy a few new cores, he suggested ROCORE as he found the General Radiators cores were not as consistent the last few he'd seen, for a D2 4U core ROCORE are asking around $US550 delivered anywhere Stateside, while General Radiators are about $US430 I believe.
