Default Track wear on a FIFTEEN

Somewhere on here I saw info about track wear measured over 5 pins center to center as an indication of the amount of track wear I think for a D4. Can anyone comment on the amound of track wear (pin and bushing loss?) on a FIFTEEN track which measures 30 7/8 inches over 5 pins?
I haven't located a source for data like this other than here. -Jan

the chain of the fifteen is the same as D2 (and the 22 , R2) so if some one got it from D2 its useable too.

The chart you refer to is possibly as posted by Swishy. I have it saved but I wonder is it right to repost it. I dont want to take any credit from Mr Swishy.
Something doesnt add up though D2 new lists at 24.48 inches 100% worn is 25.07 inches a lot less than your measurement have you measured 6 pins?

I have attached the chart origionaly posted by Swishy.
If you divide 30.875 by 5 then multiply by 4 you get 24.7 this would equal 50% wear from this chart.

    Default Very helpful charts

    Erik and Wimmera,

Yes, thanks to you both for posting the charts. I did indeed take my measurements over 6 pins but by remeasuring over 5 links, I find the wear to be slightly less than 50%. Since I have no intention of doing more than displaying at shows, that will be plenty of life while I own it. It is being delivered today my having taken posession of it yesterday. It will have to be pulled with a come-a-long into my backyard but if that doesn't work, I have a friend close by with a JD skid steer that will finish the move. My plan is that it will leave on its own power so I look forward to participating with everyone here and will need to post questions during the restoration. I can already tell that everyone here is willing to help which makes this such a great club! -Jan

wait a 22 uses the same tracks as a R2, D2, and 15??? so when i am in need of tracks i can look for these as well??? is it chains and pads???
im not sure if my pins have ever been turned(how do i tell???)
if i measured correctly i have between new and 75% life on my chains!

You only need two tools in life -- WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape!
