No I do not have access to a repair manual. Thank you for pointing that out. Any info would be helpfull, Thank you. As for this thread being high jacked, it must have been on page 89 of the board minutes or something that needs to be audited. LOL-glen

I'll post the starting mechanism instructions this evening.

Here are the instructions.......best I could do without taking the binders apart.
The main adjustments are the latch spring adjustment at 5/16 inch from front face of locknut to rear face of gear and the collar adjustment at 2-3/8 inch from rear face of collar to the front of the external pinion shaft.
