    I just got a flyer on an event in Petaluma, CA. next Saturday. What sort of iron is everyone bringing?

    I'm bringing a D6-9u with a 60 scraper, a d4-7u with a 40 scraper, a Diesel 35, a Cat 60, two more d-4's, a R-4, a 2 ton and a D2.

    Sure must be nice to have a truck to haul it all around with! It'll be nice to see some of the larger old stuff working.

    Ponte will have his D8 and 18 yard can running. It will be fun moving some dirt the old way.

    I have this weekend off. So I'm going to leave Bakersfield Friday with my D4. I tried to talk the woman into going but ......sounds like fun to me.

    Any tips or suggestions for a first timer?
