Alignment problems can be caused by worn front idler bearing blocks, guides and shafts, bent or damaged diagonal braces, worn track truck bearings and misaligned sprockets. Front idlers can be shimmed if shaft and shaft bearings arenít too severely worn. Diagonal braces and track frames can be weld repaired if not to severely distorted. Sprocket misalignment is usually due to final drive bearing issues.
