    Default stored message limit

    I've "reached your stored private message quota and cannot send any further messages until space has been created."
    How does one create space?

    Where they are listed on your inbox or sent view, you can click on the little circle of each message to highlight the ones you want to do something with. Click on them and using the choice box on the bottom right pop up box you will see your options. Delete, move or whatever.

    If your PM mailbox is full and you don't want to loose the information therein, you have the option of downloading a text version of the PMs onto your computer. These can be opened and saved as a word document. Once you have downloaded the PMs, you can then delete the messages from your PM mailbox.
