    Wacko D2 DE start/pony combination?

Hi all, my latest D2 5U16,971? has a rope start pony. I would like to get an electric start for the pony; ALSO, wondering if there is enough room to have a 24V direct electric starter? The tractor is already bored for DE, and I have the 24V starter from my 18,xxx serial tractor. I like having the best of both worlds...
Didnít know if anyone out here that has done what Iím attempting. I wonder if the pony clutch is too close.
What are your thoughts? TIA. JM

If you have an original 24V D2 inertia drive starter that's an easy installation with no interference.
If it's a conversion starter with direct mounted solenoid the hole will need to be offset to accommodate the conversion drive gear (larger diameter) and the solenoid will need to hang out the side or bottom orientation.

Thanks Old Magnet! Yes, I have an original starter set up from the other D2. Hopefully it should come together without too much effort. Thx. JM
