80C0892 is a 1957 build with Direct Electric Start.
Usual cause of fuel in the oil is a leaking filter tower to injection pump fuel gallery 0-ring seal.

Interesting that Peterson Tractor had their own serial number tag put on that machine, wonder if it was from new or part of a rebuild.

    Default Rebuild?

    Hi, Josh.
Since the original serial number tag indicates a Chile build, I suspect that the Peterson tag would be a rebuild.

They weren't built in Chile, just where the trademark was registered.

    Default O.K., Gotchya, but...................

Hi, Old Magnet and Rome K/G.
O.K., gotchya but................ I still suspect that the 'Peterson' tag is from a rebuild as I have never seen a ser. # tag with a dealer name on it on an original machine.

Thanks friends!! Great info!! Yeah I think the engine was replaced also. With the Peterson number tag. I found that interesting also. Is that gasket number 4f5148? Also might replace the fuel filters part number 7b8264?

Yep 4F4158. If you order the filters from Cat and give them the old filter number it changes to four of 489-3196 filters and two 7B7635 gaskets.
