    Default WoodLand Bound

Had the Cat 660 loaded and hauled today. Just thought I would post some pictures. Furgie Wilkerson is driving from Minnesota to play with the 660 at the WoodLand Show.-glen

Nice looking toy Glenn. I bet you'll have fun working it this weekend. Not sure if my little D4 will give you a noticeable push. Heck, my blade might not raise up far enough

    Default 660 Scraper

Glen, Here in my area there were lots of 641s & 657s that had the same D346 V-8 engine in them and I rebuilt lots of them at the Cat dealer I worked for and they had the DOHC setup in them similar to the 6 cyl. D343 used in the 988 loader and lots of other applications including the truck engine (1693).

    Default Trailer

I agree OM that is quite a setup and I never seen one just like that that hauled into the dealer shop. A few times the Charmin (P&G) plant here in Mehoopany Pa. had some big boilers or tanks of some type were trucked in and it was amazing the size of them and the trailers that hauled them. In places on hills the trailers were set up to also have a second truck push the trailers.
