I am looking at a #12 Motor Grader. Serial number 9K212. What year and is which engine would it have?

It was built the first year of the 9K series (1938) which ran until 1945 and used the D4600 engine. 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" 468 cubic inch 6 cylinder diesel rated at 75 hp and governed @ 1400 rpm under load.
