CAT 212 Grader Ladders and Hitch

I fabricated the new ladders for my 9T 2508 CAT 212 Grader to make it easier for old men and short people to get up into and out of the cab...Now, I realize you younger and more agile folks use the blade to step up on and stretch out to get on and off the grader...But, one of these days....Welllll, stick around and you'll see...Anyway, with bad knees and such, I made these for my convenience...The bottom rung is as high as I can get my right knee to bend and step up...So, I can enjoy workin' with the machine...The ladders do not interfere with the wheels or the blade...and I will probably never get into any material that the ladders would hit...I just grade our community road...

I've set steps up on several pieces of equipment using 3/4" cable and cable clamps. They "give" if they get up against something rather than bending. Sorry, no pics but just use your imagination. .
