Torque spec for injector hold down nut and glow plugs

Can some one give me the torque specs for these parts, thanks.

If your talking about the capsule type small nozzle then the nozzle is just finger tight on the body and the hold down nut is 105 lbs.torque.

10 to 12 ft. lbs. on the glow plugs.

Does anyone know the torque spec for the rocker arm and the valve clearance setting Cold, I found the Hot clearance setting

I set 100s of engines and I always added .002"thousands to whatever the hot setting was for the cold setting.I never torqued the rocker arms but just tightened them up good and I just looked in an operators manual and it says just tighten them up so just tighten them up good but don,t break your arm on doing it so you strip the nut threads.
