Sounds like a problem I frequently have where the open post times out before your done and you have to sign in again and then back up to your post and then hit the submit.

I was given some sound advice as follows:

"One solution could be that the user delete their browsers cache and cookies and login again. That solves 95% of such problems."

I get interrupted a lot and did not realize the site would time out. Will start clearing cookies in advance to see if problem continues to occur.

We always seem to get the "it's the users fault" but this is the only site in the universe where this happens to me.
