    Default Snow

Bill here in northern Luzerne Co. we didn,t get any snow but just south of Wilkes Barre toward Philly they started to get it and the farther south the worse it was I guess. We have had a light snow fall this year for this area. A friend of mine and his wife were to leave for Florida on Fri.with their travel trailer but I guess they changed their plans till things get better going south. They both are retired so time isn,t a problem for them to leave.

Neat with the dog. Bet you can't run the Cat without him. I have a Irish Setter that is always with me in the pick up truck, in the lowboy tractor, on the 215D track hoe, on the D7, on the D8, on the D3, in the Grader cab and so on and so on.

Hey Bill, awesome videos!! People are amazed when they see me running an old dozer, pulling clutches, and stepping on pedals, running the blade up and down, but you can hold a video camera while doing all those too!! Awesome dude!!

    Thumbs up dogs and cats

i don't know why but all dogs i know even my owm like to ride on cats.
when i started my 22 for the first time by pulling it with a d4-2t the dog got
loose and hopped right up on the fender like he belonged there and he sat there the whole time 'til it fired up in third and took off. now he wants to go
every time.that old saying about cats and dogs is wrong!

    Default Dogs and tractors

We used to have an Irish Setter back in the late sixties that would wait for my Dad to leave the barn yard. Depending on the direction Dad went, the dog knew he if he was headed to town or the barn where we kept the tractor and sprayer. The dog would wait for Dad to leave, then take off and meet him at the Barn, crawl up on the tractor with him and ride there with Dad until he was done. Sometimes in the early spring Dad would be at it for over 24 hours at a time, the Dog never got off.
