Description

ACMOC SPOUSE Members:

* Are members whose spouse is a Regular member.

* Spousal members shall have a lower amount of dues than Regular members.

* Spousal members are not entitled to receive the club's Magazine

* Spousal members shall have full voting rights, they may participate in the club's chapters and the Board's committees, and shall be entitled to purchase merchandise through the ACMOC store and show sales at the same discounts as apply to Regular members.

ACMOC JUNIOR Members:

* Are members who are 17 years of age or younger and considered to be minors.

* Junior members shall have a lower amount of dues than Regular members.

* Junior members are not entitled to receive the club's Magazine, and shall have no voting rights.

* Junior members may participate in the club's chapters, and shall be entitled to purchase merchandise through the ACMOC store and show sales at the same discounts as apply to Regular members.

ACMOC FAMILY Members:

* Are members who have at least one Regular member in the household.

* A Family membership shall include the Regular member's spouse and up to four minor dependent children who reside in the household.

* Family members shall have a lower amount of dues than Regular members.

* Family members are not entitled to receive the club's Magazine.

* The Regular member's spouse shall have full voting rights, but the minors shall have no voting rights.

* Family members may participate in the club's chapters and the Board's committees, and shall be entitled to purchase merchandise through the ACMOC store and show sales at the same discounts as apply to Regular members.

 

(A) No level of membership lised includes any implied right to access to the club's Internet bulletin board. The bulletin board is open to the general public and serves both the club's members and the public. No member shall be entitled to any procedural protections in connection with the termination of his privilege of using the club's bulletin board and the banning from the use thereof, whether temporary or permanent.

(B) All Members are required to follow the rules of conduct:

          (i) Members must pay dues when they expire.

          (ii) Members must present themselves in a civil manner when present at ACMOC events; this includes any and all chapter activities.

          (iii) Members must follow ACMOC safety rules when applicable.

(C) The Board of Directors reserves the right to approve or deny an application for any membership level.

(D) Spouse, Junior and Family Memberships will be subject to termination if the Regular members does not follow the rules of conduct.
