Have bought today on a military show this book .

The D7 Tractor visual history of the D7 tractor in U.S. army service 1941-1953 by DavidDoyle.

97 pag old photos , most of I did not see before.
Last 20 pag are from a restord Cat D7 in color.

Really recommended !!!!!!!

Anyone notice what appears to be 2 enemy shell penetrations on the dozer blade of the Cat in Pic#4? At least that what it appears to me.

More than likely those holes are from pushing concrete with rebar in it.
Happens quite frequently.
