98j - for the interim, until we figure something else out, maybe you ought to consider using one of the other services like Imageshack to post photos, as the previous poster suggested. I really like your very large photos. GWH

OK....works for me. I have been using Photobucket for quite some time....
have several hundred stashed over there....let's see if they will transfer
over here....

98j: Hope you get those pictures up. If you can't make it, probaly no need for me to try. Gettin moisture, I see. We are getting zero. We are watching the attempt to rescue the climbers on Mount Hood. Darrol

Hey Darrol!! Yup getting some good moisture....some of it has been
white lately. The rescue on Mt Hood is not going to have a good outcome....
one dead already and it looks pretty tough on the others. Colder than sin
up there with 100 mph winds last Friday.....got up to 70mph here at my place.
Will try to send some rain your way.

A shot of Mt Hood from just yesterday....taken from the ridge just West of my
house....about 40 air miles or so to the West.....if you look really close you can
see two of the aircraft involved in the rescue. The climbers came up from the
Hood River Valley side ( North side of the MT) which is the right side of the frame in this picture. Timberline Lodge and the easier SW route to the top are
on the left. The North route is really rugged. The temp here this AM is 15 above... had to be REALLY cold up on the MT.....saw one report yesterday that
predicted 40 below at the summit overnight.......hope for the best, but I have
an uneasy feeling about the two that are still missing.

Back to work.....posted these on the old Board before the big change. Doing
a little light disking with the D5.....the plan here is to get some cheat grass
germinated ( this field will be sprayed with Roundup next spring) and to get
started on getting the stubble to break down. A good head shot.

Does not look that bad! I love the shine on the track pads. Beautiful country and a nice doggie to boot.
