There is an option in the User CP drop down menu that adresses PM notification. You can have the option checked to have the system send you a PM notification either immediately, daily, or weekly. The notificiation comes to your normal e-mail adress and has the PM message enclosed as well. Very handy feature. The ACME board has the same feature. You can also subscribe to a thread you have replied to and get an email note the same way.
