That would make some psi also, for irrigation pumping, not a trash pump. Nice unit.

It certainly is in the odd category, any idea what it would have been used for ?, not just transporting the D2 I think.

The D2 has a pto driven winch over the hood for a blade lift [not hooked up] and notice the transmission behind the D2 pto to drive the rear winch and the differential! What an outfit!

What's the purpose of the D2 truck? It doesn't look like it has any ground-engaging tools. Is it literally just a truck?
And my cousin's Twenty-Two that I look after has a winder like a grader hitch control over the hood that turns a windlass to raise the dozer blade. Quite a well-made system but the raising is from the front of the radiator top tank which is not ideal. Still, doesn't look like the radiator has suffered any damage in the decades that this contraption has been mounted. I'll see if I can get a photo when I get there.

Hi Neil,
I did read something on this in a Cat publication years ago-- if I recall correctly that was simply a farmers way of transporting his machine from field to field by road on his farm.
The mobile bed is driven via the tractor PTO.
Cheers,
Eddie B.

Thats true, he just turned the tractor sideways and unloaded it, probably had some planks or pulled off along in the road ditch and unloaded.
