Herb, Glen Slocombe here in Oz runs the parts program for Chapter 19, he has set the crank handle price at around $A145 plus 10% tax for ACMOC members, that converts to around $US115 roughly, I'm not sure if you can avoid having to pay the tax, being based Stateside, if you were visiting here as a tourist, you can get the tax refunded at the Airport as you depart.

Shipping using Australia Post looks like it should be around $US50, but this is a estimation.
