I just tried to find it, and I'm logged in, but can't see any link for it, what am I doing wrong, I agree it should be in big bold red letters.

All I get when I go to the members section is become a member. It shows that I'm logged in but nothing else

When you login and go to the members area (under the 3 bars top right hand corner).
You will see in RED Technical Section (this is under the magazine).
Or you follow Bruce OZ link it will take you there

OK, we are now finding a number of Financial members who have used a different email address for their ACMOC membership to the email address they used to become a forum member.
There currently is discussion happening with the Webtech committee as to what fix there may or may not be for this, it may require some manual work to adjust things, it is important that the same email address is used for both areas.

More to come.

Nope nothing like that for me, only thing under the magazine is join and the members log in upper left corner. I tried the Bruce oz link and go the same thing

I'm the same as d2gary, there's no red box with technical library, just membership joining info, the link Bruce provided was equally useless, but thanks for trying Brucester!

Same for me.  I'm using ~3-4 year old Acer Chromebook.  Haven't tried with Windows desktop though.

The question I have is, Can you open the electronic magazine? If you cant, then you are not logged in as a financial member, only financial members can access the electronic magazine and new technical library.

Those of you who are financial and cant access either means you have two different accounts using two different email addresses, one account is your ACMOC membership and the other is your forum membership, because you have used two different email adresses they are not linked together. I am not sure what the fix will be, at present it means Mary has to manually change things, this will be very time consuming if there are many like this as I suspect there may be. 

iT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ONLY HAVE ONE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR BOTH YOUR ACMOC MEMBERSHIP AND FORUM MEMBERSHIP.

The Webtech committee and Adco will work on this, we will just have to wait and see what the best fix is.
