I started undoing the bolts that would undo this morning and I noticed the flanges are different thickness so this is a custom job.

I can't find any rings or sleeves for this machine. None of the numbers work on Cat's parts website.
6H8626 compression ring
5H1508 compression ring
1H2709 oil ring
and the sleeve/liner
8B0375

Do you know if they have an updated part number?

Plug those part numbers into a parts search at www.machinerytrader.com.
Those are still good numbers and they sometimes show the upgraded part numbers.

Took a look through SIS and as near as I can find out the part numbers translate as follows
6H8626 = 3H4641 = 5M5704
5H1508 = 5M9053
1H2709 = 5M5697
The sleeve 8B0375 = 8N5676
