Yes, I remember you mentioning the D5 now. I think my 21J has the same 5 spd as yours.

The mention of transmission shift patterns on some CATs make me shiver; I have hauled a few, and had thought some had transmission issues, only to look at the shifting pattern tag on the dash, to see some pretty "funky" ones. Our local dealer had issues one day with a D6D SA VHP one day, called my customer saying they couldn't move the machine, as it had transmission issues...apparently 3 of the up and becoming "techs" (I do not care for that term, as I prefer MECHANIC, If deserved) neither could figure out how to move it, and probably struggled to plug in their computer to figure it out...Seriously? LOOK AT THE DIAGRAM! I think they had the audacity to charge my customer 2 hours labor for their stupidity as well.
He debated about having anything else done after that situation. JM
