I have some very good news! A donor that wishes to be anonymous has come to the Board of Directors with a proposition for the Club and it's members, here is is:
From now until December 30th there is a Matching Grant Challenge of up to $5,000. If you make a donation to the club, the donor will match your donation dollar-for-dollar until the $5,000 limit has been met.
Double the impact of your gift! Give $100 and the Club gets $200.
All donors will be recognized in the next magazine issue unless you prefer that you are not. Let's not waste this opportunity!
To donate go HERE all donations unto the 30th or the limit has been reached will be doubled.
IF YOU ARE A CATERPILLAR EMPLOYEE OR RETIREE IT GETS BETTER
The Board has worked with Caterpillar and they are offering a 2X matching grant on donations made to the club through the Caterpillar Foundation . This offer is good from now until the 12th of December as long as Caterpillar has the allocated funds in the account - there is competition for donations, so PLEASE, donate right away for the full impact. After the 12th, the Caterpillar match is 1:1 - NOT A BAD DEAL!
If you fit this criteria, your donation could quadruple $100 = $400 to the Club, $500= $2,000 to the Club!!
Be sure to make the donation through the Caterpillar Foundation
I ask you to give this though and act quickly as we want to take advantage of these opportunities, they don't come along every day!!

UPDATE - Yesterday we had $1,000 in donations!! That equates to $2,000 for the Club. We also hade one $100 donation through the Caterpillar Foundation that added another $200 in addition to the donation and the donor match! $2,200 so far. Let's keep it up.

Hi Kurt.What a great gesture from the Doner.
Quick question here!Chapter 18 would like to donate.The issue for us is we have to use our own credit card for the international transaction. If we had the clubs bank account details, Swift etc, we could perform the action directly from our Chapter account, via our institution down under to the ACMOC US institution.There may be other chapters/members with the same issue. Can you have the secretary check on this for us please and advise either via this platform or direct to our own contact details.Regards
