that thing is shot! the under side of the track shoes are dragging on the bottom of the rock guards.

Cat blade,hyster winch,long track frame,big front idlers and hyd.track adjusters.$1800 seems pretty reasonable to me,should part out for more.

Ship by rail. ? I see so many empty flat cars going through my town[double track Chicago to east coast] and keep thinking that would be a good way to transport equipment to one coast or the other.

Yeah, you could take a nice clean bare D4 farm cat and move these parts over and make a nice dozer out of it, ROPS, tank seat, electric start pony to boot.
