I think I might have one off of a d8 2u is it what the 6 voltage starter bolts to?

It should be 6 volts

Gemdozer, do you have a Zenith TU-4C carburetor kicking around? (7B4724; 9549A) Specifically, I'm looking for the choke shaft and the butterfly.

HI Is it possible the part number is 9b4907 and have one shaft 2.315 inch long by 0.310 and the botterfly is off set bolting.

I am looking for a gasoline fuel bowl / shut off assembly for a D8 14a pony.

My glass bowl itself is fine, but the shut off housing pot metal is rotten.

Have you tried Cat? Two years ago they had bowls and gaskets for the D6 9u. But things can change fast on this older stuff. Or your dealer doesn't want to deal with it.
