D318 head question?

I put an engine that has been sitting for 20-30 years in my 9u. It's not the original head on the motor I don't think. The head gasket was leaking bad so we pulled the head and all the valves sit up really good besides the exhaust valve on cylinder 1. Is there new seats you can buy for them? What about valve guides there is a little bit of slop to them, not bad but I'd like to fix it and not have to pull it for a long time. Any information would be awesome! Thanks for your time
