SJ on this 3400 engine i am working on i just got time and set the liners they are real tight [had to pound them in]with out the o rings. All them stick up between the 2 and 6 thousand you said. Now next question thease liners fit in the bore real [[needed the puller to get them back out after checking height]]tite at he bottom. When i start to put them in with the o rings should i set up something to press them in instead of trying to pound them down. I was thinking that pounding them they may jump up and down and cause a o ring to get cut. I have never worked on any thing with wet liners before
And can you tell me what the ring clearence should be at the ends. all help is welcome
