    I think Fordson with a Beaver back hoe has already been quoted as a good working excavator, it might be worth having 1 on demo' before you dump the JCB, as a matter of interest if your JCB is a 3C-11 or -111 or even a 3CX series around 4 pipes in a spare hose kit will do to cover near all the pipes on the excavator plus a couple of 1/4 hose 1 short 1 long, for the hydro clamp lines unless your post is fixed, in the U.K. this pipe kit would cost about 120 max.

    If I really, REALLY needed it up and running. I'd a cut the British part off the hose and welded it onto a JIC whilst I waited for the others to arrive!

    Someone buggered up an end and welded on it already or else I'd do that.
