    Default Question- Cat wheel tractor

Who made the small rubber tire wheel tractors that I used to see at CAT dealerships years ago? Did Cat make them or were they a rebrand? Not big 5000 to 8000 ib range. Anything worth owning or more trouble than it is worth?

    Thanks

I think they were always made by AGCO, at least the smaller models and the wheel tractors According to tractordata.com, after the period from 1987 to 1993, Caterpillar sold the Challenger brand to AGCO. They make a full line of tractors today. I am not familiar enough with the company to say for sure, but I think there is a lot of commonality with some other brands manufactured by AGCO. http://www.tractordata.com/farm-trac...-tractors.html
