Thanks for the great explanation in the topic. Maybe we need a sticky post directing people to the “help desk” form on the main site if they’re having problems with the store. To my knowledge, problems like those reported are rare and usually specific to an individual user, a combination of browser and ISP/firewall settings. If you catch any more of these, please let me know so we can fix them promptly.
