NOTICE: New Registration Delay

My apologies as I have had some difficulties accessing the necessary systems to validate new registrations and also a couple of the email accounts where additional validation info is received. I'm currently travelling out of state this weekend and am finding issues with remote connection, but will be home early Monday to get back into the thick of it.

Please pass this info along if you know someone awaiting activation.
