I appreciate the offer but I believe the 7J has the D315 engine. I did however drag another 7J home last week that I haven't gotten to yet so the condition is unknown but the engine does spin freely on it. I may get back to you sometime soon. Thanks

The 7J is a d4400 they didn’t put the d315 in until 1947 in the u series.
