A reminder to members and friends for the AGM on the 11th July 2015.
This will be held in conjunction with Darling Downs Vintage Machinery Club.
We will be holding a mini earth moving day where members can bring and display and use their toys.
A near by gravel pit will be used to test the blade work of members.
Also a paddock will be available for cultivating.
My family will be putting on a B B Q lunch..
This is intended to be a one day event but anyone is welcome to camp on Friday or Saturday night. Although facility's are limited.
There may be a camp oven dinner for any hangers on, on Saturday night.
The AGM is planed for 1pm...
A loading ramp crane and forklift will be available to un load your gear...
If you cannot bring anything you may find a tractor here you can use..

Saturday is the day for Chapter 18 AGM and Mini Earth Moving Day at Southbrook.
There are over 20 tractors lined up ready to go with more to come.
Ann will be hosting morning tea on the veranda and walks in the garden for the Ladies.
A B.B.Q. lunch will be served at 12 with the AGM at 1pm .
Then more tractor time.
Camp oven dinner will be available for hangers on.
Members are welcome to camp but facilities are limited.
