Chapter 7 will meet on Saturday, February 27th, 2016 from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm at the Heartland Museum. Address is 119 9th st SW, Clarion, IA 50525. 9th st is also state highway 3. Museum phone number is 515-602-6000. Larry Masdaam will be on hand to discuss his extensive collection of ag and const. machinery. Ed and Sue Claessen will also be present to inform attendees about their book "Making Tracks." Lunch will be provided for $10/person to those reserving a spot and $15/person at the door. All chapters are welcome and encouraged to bring friends. The auditorium holds 350 people so there should be ample room for any last minute guests. I would have liked to go to this. Unfortunately we have plans in place to go to North Dakota and disassemble and load out the elevating grader that weekend. Trucking is lined up and Garlic Pete and supervision are flying in from CA. A few years ago I would have went to Iowa on Saturday, drove all night to North Dakota, worked all day Sunday on the disassemble, and still got it loaded out on Monday morning. That kind of energy slipped away somewhere. I do thank all for the invite though, it would have been fun.

We had a good ride from Wisc and IL.
Larry was a great host. As was Jordan and Chapter 7. We enjoyed it all including the "East Yard"
