Hello Everyone,

We are getting very close to our annual show at Carthage and we have one last scheduled workday which will be on October 14th.

But.....we are also having an unscheduled last minute work day Tomorrow!!!
Jim Moore and I will be there around 7:30 to make some progress on the DW20 and the play area, if you can come that will be great if not i understand and hope you can make it on the 14th.

Also the play day at Jim Moores on Oct 28th has been cancelled due to not having our "play area" ready.

Thanks and if you have any question please give me a call.

a few photos from past work days
Had to rebuilt the engine stabilizer for the D7 along with fixing some small items, then we re cabled the 15B and got the engine going and got her digging again after sitting for 30+ years
Next project is finishing a DW20 bottom dump and getting the digging area all ready

I want to thank: Jim, Charles, Ken, Don, Ed and Billy for helping out when available, with out your help we would not have made the progress we now have!

When you guys have a work day, you have a work day!

That looked like lots of fun. Getting the Bucyrus Erie 15B running again after 30 years plus is a big accomplishment.

That looks like a nice D7. Quite the shop crane you have there. Having stuff like that around sure makes life easy, although that was still a big job, I'm sure.

Thanks for posting the photos for those of us on the other side of the country.

Pete.

The great thing about working at Kens is he has most anything you could think of to use for support equipment (plus fire ants and sand, which always ends up in my pants after crawling around on the ground under old machines...LOL)
