I read a lot of posts relating to Bosch magnetos, yet my three cats (D2, 4, 7) all have Eisemann mags. Also I don't think I've seen a Cat (diesel at any rate) with a mag other than Eisemann on it.
Does this mean that Bosch mags were fitted on non-diesel tractors only, or were Eisemann for export (from USA) tractors, or ? :confused:

As far as I remember the "U" series SNs they started using the Bosch mags on them.
