Hi guys, Can anybody tell me how to properly adjust brake pedal travel on a D4 6U?

Pull the seat cushion and take off the cover plate. .8 3/8" bolts as I recall hold it on. The adjustment bolts are right about the brake band and adjust in 1/6 turn increments. Tighten the bolts 'til you have 3-4" of slack in the pedals. After that's adjusted, either brace something against the brake pedals to hold 'em down or have someone press down on 'em and underneath the tractor, there are a pair of square headed bolts with lock nuts. Back off the lock nuts and tighten the bolts 'til you can feel 'em touch the brake bands lightly, then back 'em off 1 1/2 turns and retighten the lock nuts.
