I need some help from any of you steam guys out there. Local outfit it planning to haul a 1910 or thereabouts 16HP Aultman Taylor traction engine. I think we're underestimating the weight. I sure don't want them to wreck the engine (or the truck, or anybody) in an accident, so please:

WHAT IS THE DRY WEIGHT OF A 16HP AULTMAN TAYLOR STEAMER? Any help is always appreciated, Thanks,

Jack

Thanks Dcurrin, I'll give that site a look. I hope I have time to find the answer before those guys screw something up. Or, maybe I'm just worrying too much.

I went to ACMOC once for the weight of a Scoopmobile. Half a dozen guys knew exactly what it weighed, and it's not even yellow!
