My d7 pumps large quanties of fuel into oil pan. 5 gals. in 3 to 4 minutes. Removed primary pump seems O.K. Anyone ever encounter this?

Most likely the 8B4967 seal at the joint between the fuel injection pump housing and the accessory drive housing. Allows fuel from the injector fuel feed passage coming from the filter to pass through the housing and into the sump.
