you might do better just buying some hi-strength 1 1/4" --7 tpi rods---

D2, D3, D4, D6, 941B, Cat 15

Hi Ed

I used grade 8 zink plated all thread rod and welded a nut on the end, worked good, I might have a used bolt if your set on the real thing.
I have a D2 5U , Fun little machine, My First Cat, first of many
